The location was very convenient. The staff were lovely and helpful, checking that I was happy with everything. The hotel itself smelled great and had a relaxed bar area downstairs (I tried a new cocktail!).

Arriving felt seamless. The staff were cute. i appreciated the upgrade to a spacious suite, perfect for a romantic getaway. the location offered convenience with easy access to theaters and shops. nightly live music in the bar added a special touch to my evenings there.
The wi-fi code provided initially did not function. I had to find the correct code on a notice in the suite.

Really good Covent Garden Getaway
perfect location early check-in extensive buffet
the location was perfect, a quick walk to many attractions. the staff arranged an early check-in with a day rate, which i really appreciated. the breakfast buffet was extensive, providing many options.
my room was close to the hotel bar, and i heard the bass from the music, especially late at night. this impacted my sleep quality and overall experience.

The location was convenient near attractions. This made getting around very easy. The staff were friendly. I was offered a glass of water on arrival (a nice touch).
The room was not very clean. I noticed the toilet was dirty. Some furniture was collecting dust (it was disappointing). I was not able to reach room service when I called.

The hotel lobby is cute. The hotel provided fresh milk in the mini-bar which I found useful. The staff members were friendly and respectful. I had a perfect night's sleep. The shower had great water pressure.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. I ordered eggs benedict, but the hollandaise sauce tasted too strongly of vinegar. The service was also slow. It took a while to get someone's attention. the staff were lovely but the bartender was alone at 5:30-6pm in a busy hotel bar. it was going to make us late, the staff were lovely but the bartender was alone at 5:30-6pm in a busy hotel bar with an event going on, so we couldn't even have a glass of fizz or a birthday cheers before we had to rush off to the theatre as our drinks never arrived and weren't made yet.
